Board Members:
We are requesting a variance to add 4' x 21.8' sgft to our existing garage located at 5800 S
Country Club, Little Rock, AR 72207. We are requesting to build the proposed sqft to our
garage which will reduce the 30% in which a structure can occupy the rear of the property. We
want to use this space and a second level on the garage for a bonus area for our family to use.
We respectfully request your approval for this variance.
