Board Members:
We are requesting a variance to add 4’ x 21.8’ sqft to our existing garage and a cover over the
patio area that is located at 5800 S Country Club, Little Rock, AR 72207. We are requesting to
build the proposed sqft to our garage and the cover over the patio which will reduce the rear
set back on the property. We want to use this space and a second level on the garage for a
bonus area for our family to use. We respectfully request your approval for this variance.
