We are requesting a variance on the North and South property lines of parcel number:
341-0200312300. The required setback requires 25 feet at the front and the rear. The lot is
non -conforming and with the current setbacks would only leave 7 feet of buildable space.
The current setback requirements restrict the building area to such a small space that it would
not be feasible to build a home that matches the neighboring structures. We have measured the
neighboring properties and if granted the variance, our proposed build would sit similarly to
those around it.
