We are requesting a variance on the North and South property lines of 410 16TH ST LITTLE
ROCK, AR 72202. The required setback requires 25 feet at the front and the rear. The lot is
non -conforming and with the current setbacks would only leave 8 feet of buildable space.
The current setback requirements restrict the building area to such a small space that it would
not be feasible to build a home that matches the neighboring structures. We have measured the
neighboring properties and if granted the variance, our proposed build would sit similarly to
those around it.
