Rear Yard Setback Variance
Mr Price:
Please accept this letter to serve as our application for a rear yard setback variance at 49 Tallyho Lane,
Little Rock, Arkansas. We wish to be placed on the January 18th, 2024 Board of Adjustment’s agenda.
The property is a single-family residence damaged by the March 31 st, 2023 tornado. The connected
garage was damaged beyond repair and has been fully razed. The owners would like to construct a new
garage in the same location and extend it beyond the 25 foot rear setback line as shown on the attached
survey. Because of the smaller lot depth and existing home location, the lot’s buildable area is limited.
Attached with this letter are the following documents:
1. Survey of property showing proposed garage.
2. Application for Zoning Variance form
3. Agent Affidavit
