141 of Shadowlawn, an Addition to City of Little Rock, Arkansas, which said point is located on the West line of Beechwood Road; thence in a Southeasterly direction along the West line
of Beechwood Road, 49 feet to a point; thence in a Southwesterly direction, 137.2 feet to a point which is located on the SW ling of said Plot 141, a distance of 3.2 feet from the Southerly
corner of said Plot 141; thence Northwesterly along the southwest line of Plots 141 and 140 of Shadowlawn, 71.8 feet to a point; thence in a Northeasterly direction 134 feet to a point
on the West line of Beechwood Road, which said point if located 25 feet Northwest of the point of beginning; thence in a southeasterly direction along the West line of Beechwood road,
25 feet to the point of beginning; LESS AND EXCEPT the following described tract: Part of Plot 140, Shadowlawn, and Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
described as; Commencing at the NE corner of Plot 141, Shadowlawn, said corner being on the Southerly right of way line of Beechwood Road; thence N 46(22’ W along said Southerly right
of way, 73.86 feet; thence S 48(41’ W, 66.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 48( 41’ W, 68.0 feet; thence S 43(59’ E, 7.0 feet; thence N 43(02’ E, 68.0 feet; thence
N 46(22’ W, 0.30 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.005 acres, more or less.
