We have received approval from LRWRA on the final plats for the Chenal Park Centre Lots 3 & 4. The email approval
from Vince Hotho is below and PDFs of the other email approvals are in the attached email that Greg Sullivan sent to
Donna.
I've attached the latest plat documents and the Declaration that will incorporate these two lots into the recorded
Restrictions and Covenants for the subdivision.
Is there anything else needed before we bring in copies of the plat documents to be signed by the City?

DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS
FOR CHENAL PARK CENTRE
THIS RATIFICATION AND JOINDER OF LOTS 3 AND 4 TO DECLARATION OF
RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS FOR CHENAL PARK CENTRE (this "Joinder") is made as of the
day of October, 2018, by and between, CHENAL PARK CENTRE, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability
company (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor"), and LLEJ VII, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company
(hereinafter referred to as the "Lot 2 Owner").
RECITALS
WHREAS, the Grantor was the owner of certain property containing approximately 6.208 acres
located on Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, which is more particularly described on
Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (collectively referred to as the "Development Property") and
still owns a portion of such Development Property;
WHEREAS, the Grantor caused a portion of the Development Property to be surveyed by Crafton,
Tull & Associates, Inc., and a Final Plat thereof dated November 22, 2017, identified by the title "Final Plat of
Lot 2, Chenal Park Centre," to be prepared and filed of record as Instrument Number 20170882491, on
December 28, 2017, in the records of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "Lot 2 Plat"), and
following the filing of the Lot 2 Plat, Grantor conveyed Lot 2 to the Lot 2 Owner;
WHEREAS, in connection with the preparation and filing of the Lot 2 Plat, the Grantor caused to be
prepared and filed that certain Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants For Chenal Park Centre (Lot 2 and
Development Property) dated December 27, 2017, to be filed of record as Instrument Number 2017062490, on

December 28, 2017, in the records of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "Declaration")
covering Lot 2 and the Development Property;
WHEREAS, the Grantor has now caused a portion of the Development Property the property to be to
be surveyed by Crafton, Tull & Associates, Inc., thereof dated October , 2018 , identified by the title
"Final Plat of Lot 3, Chenal Park Centre," as more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto ("Lot
3 "), and made a part hereof and bearing the signature and seal of Jason H. Grayham, Registered Professional
Land Surveyor, and Bradley A. Peterson, as Registered Professional Engineer, to be prepared and filed of
record as Instrument Number
on October , 2018, in the records of the Circuit
Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "Lot 3 Plat");
WHEREAS, the Grantor has now caused a portion of the Development Property the property to be to
be surveyed by Crafton, Tull & Associates, Inc., thereof dated October , identified by the title "Final Plat
of Lot 4, Chenal Park Centre," as more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto ("Lot 4"), and made
a part hereof and bearing the signature and seal of Jason H. Grayham, Registered Professional Land Surveyor,
and Bradley A. Peterson, as Registered Professional Engineer, to be prepared and filed of record as Instrument
Number on October , 2018, in the records ofthe Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County,

WHEREAS, Grantor desires to file this ratification and joinder agreement ratifying and confirming
that Lot 3 and Lot 4 are part of the Development Property described in the Declaration and are subject to the
covenants and restrictions set forth therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and the covenants and agreements set forth
herein, the Owners agree as follows:
Ratification and Joinder of Lots 3 and4. Grantor and Lot 2 Owner hereby acknowledge and
agree that the obligations, rights and duties of the parties under the Declaration are incorporated herein by
reference and the Grantor, as the owner of Lots 3 and 4, respectively, hereby ratifies, confirms and joins the
Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants For Chenal Park Centre and agrees that Lots 3 and 4 shall be bound
by and subject to the terms and conditions thereof.

2. Ratification and Joinder of Lots 3 and 4. Grantor and Lot 2 Owner hereby
acknowledge and agree that the obligations, rights and duties of the parties under the Declaration are
incorporated herein by reference and the Grantor, as the owner of Lots 3 and 4, respectively, hereby
ratifies, confirms and joins the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants For Chenal Park Centre
and agrees that Lots 3 and 4 shall be bound by and subject to the terms and conditions thereof.
3. Effect of Joinder. Except as expressly modified or amended as set forth herein the
terms and conditions of the Declaration are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the definition and meaning ascribed thereto
in the Declaration.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this First Amendment, Ratification and Joinder to the Declaration
has been executed as of the date first above written.
