Below is a series of emails to satisfy the title companies, requirements on the plat. As you can see by the last response, they were good with it, so we proceeded with signatures. Hopefully you are available around 11:00 tomorrow and we will bring the plats back for signatures along with the utility sign -off plat. Brad Peterson was out of town so I'm filling in.
