KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, Chenal & Wellington Hills 2007, L.L.C., hereinafter called "Grantor," is the
owner of the real properly described in the attached Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor has caused the land to be surveyed by Crafton, Tull, Sparks
& Associates, Inc. and a plat made thereof, identified by the title Re -Plat of Lot 3 Chenal
Commercial Park. The plat bears the signatures and seal of Bradley A. Peterson, Registered
Professional Engineer, Claude R. Summers, Registered Land Surveyor, the signature ofthe Grantor,
bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is filed for

record as Plat # in the real estate records of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
The filing of the plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and all
easements and/or rights -of -way shown on the Plat.
The lands embraced in the plat shall be forever known as Lot 3 and Lot 3R, Chenal
Commercial Park and every deed of conveyance shall bear the lot designation as indicated on the
plat.
The property shall be subject to that certain Declaration of Easements, Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions dated November 8, 2007 filed on November 9, 2007 as Instrument No.
2007087051 and shall be used for purposes allowed under applicable zoning ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas. All building codes and zoning ordinances of the City of Little Rock shall
be applicable.

I understand there was a little confusion about descriptions on the lots and what the title company will accept for
the above referenced project. Below is a series of emails to satisfy the title companies, requirements on the plat.
As you can see by the last response, they were good with it, so we proceeded with signatures.
Hopefully you are available around 11:00 tomorrow and we will bring the plats back for signatures along with the
utility sign -off plat.
Brad Peterson was out of town so I'm filling in. If there is anything else we are missing, let me know and we will
get it done so we don't have any problems tomorrow.

Teresa, I did notice on the new plat that they are showing a metes and bounds legal on plat, it might
need to say it is a replat of Lot 3, Chenal Commercial, it might get a little confusing if they say they are
now platting Lots 3 and 3R, when Lot 3 already exists.
