West, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest comer of the said North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 6, T-I -N, R-13-W.; thence South 89"15'38" East along the North line of the said
Section 6 a distance of 436.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
along the said North line of Section 6, South 89a15'38" East 1,969.74 feet to the North
1/4 comer of the said Section 6; thence. South 00007'54" East 638.19 feet to the North
Right -Of -Way line of Chenal Parkway (R/W width varies); thence along the said North
Right -Of -Way line of Chenal Parkway the following nine (9) courses and distances: 1)
thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 724.21 feet, a delta angle of In2' 14"
and a chord bearing South 64059'30" West 218.72 feet; 2) thence South 56.23'00" West
264.00 feet; 3) thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 904.93 feet, a delta
angle of 40044'45" and a chord bearing South 76045'23" West 630.06 feet; 4) thence
North 76050'41" West 94.59.feet; 5) thence North 72043'07" West 130.32 feet; 6) thence
North 73°12'26' West 61.80 fect; 7) thence North 68034'00" West 500.00 feet; 8) thence
North 60002'09" West 101,12 feet; and 9) thence North 75e15'02" West 125.43 feet;
thence departing from said Chenal Parkway Right -Of -Way North 00050'40" East 703.22
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 35.403 acres, more or less.
