As you are aware, the Planning Commission denied the application for plat and PUD at its meeting after much deliberation on the issues presented. In the event that this developer proposes to pursue this application by appeal to the Little Rock Board of Directors, this appeal must be accomplished within 30 days of the Planning Commission action. The staff of this office will assist in the preparation of such supporting documentation as necessary upon your request.
