request, except for the variances from the building setback

F. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends approval including the variances from the
building setback requirements.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE COMMENT:

Everett L. Martin represented the applicant. There was a brief
discussion on the need for replatting. This item was forwarded to
the full Commission for resolution.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
(SEPTEMBER 22, 1992)
The applicant was in attendance. There were no objectors. After a
brief discussion, the Commission determined to place this item on
the Consent Agenda for approval. The motion passed by a vote of
9 ayes, 0 nays and 2 absent.
