Lowe and a Replat thereof made which is identified by the date, December 30, 1996, and by the signa- ture of said Registered Professional Surveyor and the autho- rized representatives of the Sole Owner, Allotter, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Planning Commission and is of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Plat No. and Allotter does hereby enter into and make this Replat Bill of Assurance.
