Surveyor, the signature of the Grantor, a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock
Planning Commission, and is filed fogord in the office of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, as Plat #

Dear Mr. Jones:
We are herewith submitting the following to you for review and approval.
1. The Hills of Otter Creek - Corrected Plat and Bill of Assurance.
2. Bank of Little Rock - Plat and Bill of Assurance - a Replat of part of Block 351,
Original City of Little Rock.
3. United Properties - Plat and Bill of Assurance - Lot 1-R and Lot 2, a Replat of
Lot 1 United Properties Subdivision and part of the NW1/4 of Section 9, T-1-N,
R-13-W.
4. Apple Blossom Subdivision - Plat and Bill of Assurance Phase I.
After you have completed your review, we will bring the original documents to you for execution
and recording. All of the above plats have been submitted to Dewayne Dixon of Public Works
and he has reviewed or is in the process of reviewing them and has sent us his comments. If you
