The purpose of this communication is to provide notice of the
Planning Commission action on June 30, 1992. The Commission at
that meeting approved your requested site plan for purposes of
authorization of a night watchman's residence within the existing
frame residence. The only continuing item attendant to this
application is the issue of sidewalk along West 34th Street.
The Planning Commission approved this site plan conditioned upon
the sidewalk being constructed by Mr. Kirkpatrick if and when the
West 34th Street project is designed with the sidewalk lying on
the south side of West 34th Street. Should the sidewalk be
abandoned as part of the project or placed upon the north side,
Mr. Kirkpatrick would bear no cost of the sidewalk issue.

Dear Mr. Wood:
SUBJECT: Part of Block 13 Intercity Add'n Site Plan
Enclosed herewith please find one copy of a survey of that
portion of Block 13 Intercity Addition owned by Don and
Carolyn Kirkpatrick, and 16 copies of a revised site plan
for a truck servicing facility. A building permit and
drainage permit and street improvement plan have already
been issued or approved by the City of Little Rock. The
initial plan called for the removal/demolition of the
existing single family structures on the site. After
construction had commenced, Mr. Kirkpatrick elected to
retain a single family structure in the northwest corner as
a residence for the night watchman. He understands that
this will require a site plan review by the Planning
Commission because it places more than one structure on the
site. Please understand that all structures will be within
-a fenced area. Mr. Kirkpatrick would additionally request a
temporary certificate of occupancy for the truck service
facility pending approval by the Planning Commission for
this overall site plan.
Please advise any additional requirements.
