Development Staff Comments:
1. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
2. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, it will be required to be screened according to Section 36-523 (d) of the Zoning Code
3. A variance is requested to allow wall sign without street frontage. Provide a revised site plan showing where all wall signs will be located.
