AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALDERSGATE ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Camp Aldersgate, at
2000 Aldersgate Road.
Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct roadway
improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a
period of five (5) years or until adjacent development along Aldersgate Road
occurs whichever occurs first. The specific deferral is for improving Aldersgate
Road as part of the building permit process along the frontage of the property at
2000 Aldersgate Road to collector standards including widening, curb, gutter,
drainage improvements, sidewalk, access ramps, and street lights.
Subsection b. On Aldersgate Road, a 30 foot right of way dedication from
centerline along the frontage of the property at 2000 Aldersgate Road will be
required prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
