Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-10012 Taylor Loop Luxury Townhomes – PD-R 14215 Taylor Loop Road Development Staff Comments: 1. Provide N/S and E/W cross sections. 2. Provide building elevations. 3. Provide revised site plan delineating building space from yard space. 4. All signage must comply with Section 36-552 of the Zoning Code. 5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 6. Provide details on parking. 7. How will trash be collected? If there will be a dumpster, the area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance 8. Provide overall building height. 9. Provide revised site plan showing dimensions of all buildings and the dimensions from all buildings to property lines. 10. Will the private drive be gated? 11. Will there be a mail kiosk. If so, show on site plan.
