Brad,
I just wanted to thank you for meeting with us and the Gilberts yesterday regarding their PD-R application. It was helpful to us to meet you and your staff and to talk through the issues
associated with this project and we certainly understand LR staff’s position relative to consistency with the Land Use Plan. The Gilberts have officially requested a deferral of this
item and I assume that they will want to meet with you and or staff again in the next week or so to determine if there is a path forward or not. Regardless of whether or not this application
is approved, denied, or withdrawn, we appreciate you and your staff’s willingness to discuss the issues and listen. We look forward to working with you on future projects in Little
Rock!
