Thank you for the information. RME is officially requesting to be removed as agent for this application. I discussed this with the Gilberts and they are going to get a new affidavit
from the property owner re-assigning the agent to another party. I assume they will send that to you or Debra directly. We agreed to still provide them support in the way of site
plans or other information they may require.

Just a quick administrative question….assuming the developer comes up with a new plan and wants to push it forward for the 8/8 meeting, if we as the “agent” aren’t available to be present
for that meeting, does the “agent” designation need to be transferred to the developer or someone who can be there? I’m out of town on that day and Liza may be as well. Would you
guys accept a different agent assuming the affidavit is signed by the owner of the property? I just want to figure this out ahead of time.

Brad,
I just wanted to thank you for meeting with us and the Gilberts yesterday regarding their PD-R application. It was helpful to us to meet you and your staff and to talk through the issues
associated with this project and we certainly understand LR staff’s position relative to consistency with the Land Use Plan. The Gilberts have officially requested a deferral of this
item and I assume that they will want to meet with you and or staff again in the next week or so to determine if there is a path forward or not. Regardless of whether or not this application
is approved, denied, or withdrawn, we appreciate you and your staff’s willingness to discuss the issues and listen. We look forward to working with you on future projects in Little
Rock!
