On behalf of the developer, please defer the Taylor Loop Townhomes PD-R application (Z-10012), currently on the agenda for the July 11, 2024 Planning Commission meeting until a future
meeting date. If you need any additional information or action on our part, please let us know and we will schedule a meeting with LR Planning in the next week or so to discuss the
future of this application. Thank you to you and all of the LR staff for being helpful in this process and we look forward to working with on this going forward.
