The zoning of this property does not allow it to be used as an Event Center.. Our use is to provide the property for individual groups use for private events on an as needed basis. At this time there will be no food preparation on site, only catered service. Security and staff will be provided as requested. After going to the Pulaski Count Circuit Clerks office three times and several hours last week, with the help of the ladies there, we determined the property is not in a Subdivision , platted nor is there a Bill of Assurance. We went back to when most all the properties surrounding it were platted in the 1940’s. It’s our belief there is no Bill of Assurance on this property.
