This letter addresses comments concerning the abov e referenced application for a Conditional Use Permit at
1416 E 9th Street. The owner is willing to comply with all Building, Planning Department, and Public Works
requirements as stated below and copied from your remarks and others.
1. Provide description of typical events to be held at this location. – Private events to be catered for by
offsite vendors and monitored for security and fire prevention.
2. Will there be any ticketed events at this location? No ticketed events.
3. Any signage must comply with Section 36-554 of the City’s Zoning Code. Will comply.
4. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Will comply.
5. Dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Will
comply.
