Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide description of typical events to be held at this location.
2. Will there be any ticketed events at this location?
3. Any signage must comply with Section 36-554 of the City’s Zoning Code.
4. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
5. Dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s
Zoning Ordinance.
