To whom it may concern,
I am planning to build a 2 story garage after tearing down the original garage. I plan to keep the garage
in the same location on the south and east sides consistent with how it was originally and to keep it in
line with the original driveway which I don't plan to change. I plan to bring the north wall out one foot
towards the house side. I also plan to move the front of the garage forward or west 3 feet. This is laid
out on a blow up of the zoned map. The structure will be a garage but I would like to rent the building
eventually for or long term rental. I do not know when I plan to rent the building but I
do plan to rent it out eventually asor long term residence. The garage floor will be finished
concrete. The footing will be built to code to support the structure.
