Is it ok if i only use the 200 foot form. The abutting properties are also within 200 feet.

Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit and the draft agenda for the August 8, 2024, Planning Commission meeting.
Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, July 24, 2024.
Please use the attached agenda to verify your “S” file or “Z” file number:
(Z) number [example: Z-1234]
(S) number [example: S-1234] – Preliminary Plats only
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, July 26, 2024:
Proof of notification. (Completed Notice of Public Hearing Form - attached).
Copy of the certified abstract List. (Please see the notice for mailouts requirement).
Certified mail receipts (The small green/white receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address provided
by the title search).
Finally, as a reminder, except for preliminary plats, applicants are required to provide a photo to staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site.
Please note the sign must be visible from the street.
