The purpose of this letter is to propose the development of housing on the current vacant land. Le
Holdings LLC purchased this land in May 2024. Currently, the land is vacant and previous to that there
was a single family home on this dwelling. Le Holdings, LLC plans to develop a duplex housing that
would provide housing for 2 families. The structure would provide housing, parking and backyard.
