To Whom It May Concern:
Healing and Delivering Love Outreach, Inc. is addressing the current shortage of available housing
for adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities. This residence will be able to house up
to four individuals and will provide a community setting that allows them to receive home &
community -based services as needed. HDLO, Inc will provide the following:
• Affordable, accessible & save housing for individuals with intellectual & developmental
disabilities.
■ On bus line for community access
■ Eligible for Home & Community -Based Services (HCBS)
• Individual leases/rent agreements
■ Opportunities to access community activities & resources.
■ Health & safety supervision by staff/technology based on individual needs.
Healing and Delivering Love Outreach, Inc. will function as a landlord just like any other rental
property. We will be responsible to ensure all safety codes required by the City of Little Rock.
Property will be always maintained in accordance with any relevant laws/codes.
We look forward to opening our doors so individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilities will have the opportunity to live in a community setting connected to family and
friends.
