NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That the said Metropolitan Trust Company and the said F. C.
Seford and Marion H. Seford, his wife, have caused to be made and annexed a plat showing the
re -plat of said property and do now hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
i That the land embraced in said plat shall be known as Lots One (1) to Twenty-two (22),
inclusive, and Lots lettered alphabetically in order from A to 0, inclusive, shall be known

(23) of said Block Two (2), Sylvan Hills Addition,
That the roads as shown on said plat shall be the width and shall be known and desoribed
by the names shown thereon, North Heights Highway and-j.chnson Avenue having been previo y
platted and recorded as such in Plat Record 3, Page 24. and Deed Record Book 182, pagd S
Pulaski County Recorder's Office, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and said streets shall remain
open and public highways, common to all. That said lots and blocks shall be numbered as shown
and represented on the aforesaid plat and every deed of conveyance for said lots described by
number shown and represented on the aforesaid plat shall altsays and forever be held and deemed
a sufficient description and conveyance thereof.
In order to give the most lasting perpetuation sad strongest assurance of all things
herein contained, the Metropolitan Trust ❑ompany and F. C. Seford and Marion H. Seford, his
wife, will cause this Bill of Assura= a and the Plat thereto attached, to be authenticated
and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Pulaski County, Arkansas.

STATE OF ARKANSAS, County of Pulaski:es, On this 24th day of November, 1926, before me,
J. E. Rutherford, a Notary public, duly commissioned, qualified and acting, within and for
the said County and State, appeared in person Justin Matthews and Edwin E. Moore, to me well
known, who stated that they were the President and Secretary of the Metropolitan Trust Company
a corporation, and were duly authorized in their respective capacities to execute the forego-
inP instrument for and in the name and behalf of said corporation, and further stated and ack-
nowledged that they had -so signed, executed and delivered said foregoing instrument for the
consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
And an this day before me came,F,C. Seford and Marion H.Seford hie wife,to we well known
as the grantors in the foregoing Bill of Assurance and stated that they had executed the same
for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
And on the sand day also voluntarily appeared before me Marion H,Seford wife of the said
F.C.Seford,to me well known and inthe absence of her said husband declared that she had of her
own free will,eigned and sealed and executed the foregoing instrument for the consideration an(
purposes therein contained and set forth without compulsion or undue influence of her safd
husband.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, H.F.Buhl er (unmarried) is the owner of the
tract of 14n d hereinafter described,and
W`areeas,Mrs.Minnie Kanis,a widow,Jchn F.Kanis,E'dward Kanis and Minnie Kanis Keller and
Emelia L.XaAis,being all the heirs at law and beneficiaries under the will of F. Kanis, deceased
have an interest in said land by way of vendors lien reserved in a certain deed dated May 29,
j 1926,recorde.d in Volume.196,page 266,Pulaskl County. Said land 'being described as follows towit
All of blocks numbered Two (2) to sixteen (16) Inclusive,F.Kanis
Addition to the City of Little Rock,Pulaski, County,Arkansas.
HAVE caused said blocks to be surveyed and subdivided into lots and blocks and alleys,in
accordance with the plat annexed and attached hereto,and have caused a plat of said survey and
subdivision to be made and attached and annexed hereto,and do hereby grant and dedicate to the
public for the use and benefits of the public forever and streets and alleys set out and shown
on annexed and attached plat, reserving, however, the right to grant right of way over id stree'
and alleys for the use of railways,or street railways, telegraph or telephone lines 0;.1.s and
wires,water,gas and sewer pipes and mains,and the right to use any dirt,stone and gravel from
any of the streets and alleys of said addition for filling any Of the lots,streets or alleys
in said addition.
The said re -plat of blocks two (2) to sixteen (16),F.Kanis Addition shall be known and
designated hereafter as;. '
Oak Forest Addition.
The streets running through said property shall be known and designated by the names
written therein on said plat. 'the Lots and blocks in said addition shall be numbered as shown
on said plat,and shall be of the size and dimension as therein indicated,and every deed of con
veyance for any lot or block in said addition describing the same by number or numbers shown a
the aforesaid plat shall always and forever be deemed to be.a sufficient description and con-
veyance thereof.
And the grantors herein do file co�,temporaneously herewith a certain bill of restrictio
touching ti7e use and occupancy of said lots,which said restrictions shall be a part of this
Bill of Assurance.
