RESOLUTION NO. 12,373
3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH H & E EQUIPMENT
5 SERVICES, INC., TO PROVIDE REPAIR SERVICES FOR HEAVY
6 EQUIPMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock received bids for an APO to provide repair
9 services for heavy equipment for Fleet Services, and the lowest responsible and
10 responsive bid was received from H & E Equipment Services, Inc. in an estimated
11 annual amount of Seventy -eight Thousand Dollars ($78,000.00).
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
13 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter
15 into a contract with H & E Equipment Services, Inc. for an APO to provide heavy
16 equipment repair services in an estimated amount of Seventy -Eight Thousand Dollars
17 ($78,000.00).
18 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are to be allocated from Account #600 -360-
19 6040- 6082 -18.
20 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
21 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
22 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
23 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
24 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
25 resolution.

Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency.
