RE: Preliminary Plat — Chenal Valley Phase 36
Mr. Thrower,
Attached is the Preliminary Plat for the above captioned project.
Please place this item on the agenda for the August 8, 2024 Planning Commission meeting.
Please let us know the application fee for this plat.
We are asking for variances, if necessary to:
1. Advance grade the entire subdivision with the development of the first phase. This is
necessary for the site to balance and to avoid export or import of material.
2. Construct improvements to Chenal Parkway which may differ from Master Street
Plan requirements, but which are consistent with adjacent recent development.
