Lots 4,5,12 and a part of Lot 13, West Highland Subdivision,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, including that
portion of a 20' wide unnamed street lying North of and
adjacent to said Lots 4 and 5 closed by City of Little Rock
Ordinance No. 13,756, and all that portion of Hardin Road

13 closed by City of little Rock Ordinance No, 14,380, all
