The Little Rock Planning Commission approved the site development plan for this property at its meeting on September 10, 1991. The plan that was submitted consisted of five industrial scaled buildings involving five phases. The zoning for this property is I-1 (Industrial Park District). Since the property is appropriately zoned for light industrial activity and the Planning Commission has approved the required site plan, building permits may be issued incrementally as provided by the phasing. plan.
