That whereas Billy Don Ramer and Teresa D. Ramer are the ownesr of : All of Lot 34, except the West 80
feet thereof, Spring Valley Manor Subdivision, now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown on
Plat of record in Book 10, Page 86, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That we, Billy Don Ramer and Teresa D. Ramer are hereinafter termed grantor, have caused the said tract of land
to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which is identified
by the title of Lot 34 AR, Spring Valley Manor Subdivision, now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.. By the
signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
mmission and is on reccord in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book
Page 1 1. I'a& and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced
in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation.
The purpose of the replat is to remove the easement along the South property line thereof.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
