Re: Proposed Replat of Lot 22R to Lot 22RR

Dear Donna:
The previous replat of the property owned by Ms. Dorothy Daunhauer (Lots 22 and 23 to
Lots 22R and 23R), was filed in the County records under Instrument No. 2008009261.
Subsequent to filing, we were contacted by Buck Powell with the Pulaski County
Assessor's Office. Mr. Powell advised that his research had turned up a 1998 correction
deed that in effect added the east 3' of Lot 21 to the west side of Lot 22R. He asked that
we correct the omission of the 3' with another replat filing.
Accordingly, enclosed are three review copies of a proposed replat of Lot 22R to Lot
22RR to reflect the 3' addition to the west side of Lot 22R. Also enclosed is a copy of a
deed survey by our Surveyor, Mr. Jeff West. All corner pins were set or found as noted.
Please review the proposed replat and let us know if there need to be any changes,
additions, or corrections. Thank you for your assistance.
