REQUEST•
This applicant proposes to gain approval from the Planning
Commission to allow her to plat Lot 34R only without the consent
of the owner of Lot 34. This replat was approved by the Planning
Commission on July 1991 without consent of owner of Lot 34.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Lot 34R to be final platted as
proposed by the applicant.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: (FEBRUARY 25, 1992)
Mrs. Brestow was present. The Planning staff reported that this
item should be placed on the Consent Agenda for approval. After
a brief discussion, the Commission determined that it was
appropriate to place this item on the Consent Agenda for
approval. A motion was made to that effect and passed by a vote
of 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
