Sidewalk exists on all new projects along West 65th,
constructed in recent years. The one block strip would fill
a gap.

Flat Grade - No construction problem.

7. History
This request is the result of a building permit for a
"C" Store on a large commercial lot. The owner constructed
an additional lane on West 65th and felt that he should be
allowed to defer the sidewalk to a later phase of the
project.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Denial of the request.
