OWNER APPLICANT: Jim Huff for Gene Hoover REQUEST: Defer the construction requirement until Phase 2 of the development or lot adjacent to West 65th Street. STAFF REVIEW• 1. Public Need for This Right -of -Way Sidewalk exists on all new projects along West 65th, constructed in recent years. The one block strip would fill a gap. 2. Master Street Plan None 3. History This request is the result of a building permit for a "C" Store on a large commercial lot. The owner constructed an additional lane on West 65th and felt that he should be allowed to defer the sidewalk to a later phase of the project. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Denial of the request. 1.
