LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of the SEJ NE} of Section 25, T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
/ Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SE} NE} of the aforesaid
Section 25, T-1-N, R-13-W; thence S 89059'00" E along the South
line of the aforesaid SEJ NEJ, 300.94'; thence N 10001'19" E, 52.69'
/ to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 10001'19" E along
the East right of wa� line of U.S. Hwy 67-70/University Avenue,
211.011; thence N 08 49'19" E along said right of way, 327.361;
b , thence S 87042'18 E, 585.99'; thence along a curve to the right
