LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of the SE} NE} of Section 25IT-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SE} NE} of the aforesaid
Section 25, T-1-N, R-13-W; thence S 89059100" E along the South
line of the aforesaid SE} NEi, 300.94'; thence N 10001'19" E, 52.69'
to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 10001119" E along
the East right of wa� line of U.S. Hwy 67-70/University Avenue,
211.011; thence N 08 49'19" E along said right of way, 327.361;
thence S 87042118 E, 585.99'; thence along a curve to the right
having a radius of 2979.231, a central angle of 10013154" and a
chord which bears N 49033114" E, 531.321; thence S 02009154" W,
63.34' to a point lying on the Northwest right of way line of
Union Pacific Railroad; thence along said right of way on a curve
to the left having a radius of 2929.23', a central angle of
22031103" and a chord which bears S 42039125" W, 1143.81' to a
point lying on the North right of way line of West 65th Street;
thence along said North right of way line the following bearings
and distances, N 89059'00" W, 82.80' and N 8300610711 W, 132.80'
and N 7904910011 W, 32.59' to the point of curvature of a 90.0'
radius curve to the right, said curve having a central angle of
39024154 " and a chord which bears N 60006'40" w, 60.70' to point
of beginning. Containing 6.592 acres, more or less.
