Gentlemen:
We are requesting zoning of the existing property at the
southeast corner of I-440 and Bankhead Drive intersection
to C-3 for the purpose of building a 190-room hotel.
We feel this hotel is needed at this location to handle
the growth of business from Adams Field and vicinity, as
well as from the Industrial Park and the port located in
this area, the traffic from I-440 and the growth of general
business in Little Rock.
