COMMISSION
MEETING MINUTES
The City Beautiful Commission held a special meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 28, 2024,
at Little Rock Planning and Development, 723 W Markham.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Dax Chance Robert Walker
Lee Cowan Adam Wierciak
Steven Homeyer Robert Winchester
Troy Laha
MEMBERS ABSENT:
ALSO PRESENT: Beth Carpenter, Little Rock City Attorney’s Office
Simone Blagg, Little Rock City Attorney’s Office

Development
Brad Jordan, Little Rock Department of Planning and Development
APPROVAL OF THE REMAINDER OF THE 2024 CALENDAR
Staff proposed holding the November CBC meeting on Monday, November 18th and the December
CBC meeting on Monday, December 16th. Both meetings would be at 4:00PM in the Board of
Directors Chambers at City Hall.
A motion was made to approve the meeting dates. The motion was seconded. Motion passed with
7 ayes, 0 nays.
A motion was made to adjourn. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously. Meeting
adjourned at 3:07 pm.
