A tract of land lying in the NEI, Section 29, T-1-N, R-12-W , Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the NEa NEa, Section 29, thence
run South 18.5 feet to a point; thence run S 880 53, E 515.55 feet to
a point of beginning; thence run N 010 0.7' E 533.5 feet to a point on
the South right of way line of West 60th Street; thence run S 880 53' E 280.054e ct
to a point; thence run S 01° 07' W S33.5 feet to a point on the
North right of way line of the Chicago Rock Island & Pacific Railroad;
thence run N 88° 53' W along said Railroad right of way 280.05
feet to the point of beginning, containing 3.4299 acres, more or less.
