run South 18.5 feet to a point; thence run S 880 53' E 515.55 feet to
a point of beginning; thence run N 010 0,7' E 533.5 feet to a point on
the South right of way line of West 60th Street; thence run S 880 53' E 280.054 e rt
to a point; thence run S 01' 07' W 533.5 feet to a point on the
North right of way line of the Chicago Rock Island & Pacific Railroad;
thence run N 88' S3' W along said Railroad right of way 280.05
