County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the NEI NE;, Section 29, thence run
South 18.S feet to a point; thence run S 88° 53' E 515.SS feet to a
point of beginning; thence run N 01' 07' E 533.5 feet to a point on the
South right-of-way of West 60th Street; thence run S 880 53' E 280.05 feet
to a point; thence run S 01' 07' W 533.S feet to a point on the North
right-of-way of the Chicago Rock Island and Pacific Railroad; thence run
N 88' 53' W along said Railroad right-of-way 280.05 feet to the point
of beginning, containing in all 3.4299 acres more or less.
