This is to certify that we have surveyed the following described tract of land:
Part of the E1, E;, SWI, of Section 36, 17-1-N: R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said El, Ei, SWI, of Section 35; thence S 89`' 45' 00" W along
the north line of said E}, E#, SWI, 652.80 feet to the NW Corner of the said Ed, E}, SWI; thence
S 00 12' 50" E 397.70 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 00 05' 30" W 1005.65 feet to the
northerly line of I-30; thence N 64` 48' 10" E along the said northerly line 333.18 feet; thence
continuing and along the said northerly line N 64' 48' 10" E 98.95 feet to the westerly line of
Warehouse Road; thence N 10' 27' 20" W along said westerly line 31.03 feet; thence continuing and
along said westerly line N 10' 27' 20" W 519.33 feet; thence N 0` 0' 10" E along said westerly line
278.73 feet; thence N 89' 39' 30" W 289.55 feet to the point of beginning containing 6.91 Acres
more or less.
The survey shows the existing improvements along with the proposed showroom structure.
