ORDINANCE NO. 15,997
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF ALL STREET
IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulation of the City of Little Rock
for Warden Motors at 9800 I-30 as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31-201(H) of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for the waiver of all
street improvements on Warehouse Road frontage.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.

Gentlemen:
Warden/Izuzu is requesting a waiver of the requirements for street improvements
to Warehouse Rd. and construction of a 40' entrance from Interstate 30.
Warden Motors previously paved Warehouse Rd. when they remodeled their existing
showroom. They would like a waiver for making other improvements because Warehouse
Rd.is only used to access the property to the north of the Warden property.
Reducing the entrance from the Interstate 30 access road to 40' would create a
hardship by eliminating the access to the customer parking area directly in
front of the existing showroom.
