NOW THEREFORE, the Grantors do hereby certify that they have amended the plat of same in accordance with the Plat entitled "Amended Final Plat, Westbury Subdivision, Phase I", recorded as Plat in the records of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas. All provisions of the original Bill of Assurance for Westbury Subdivision, Phase I, recorded as document 89-58070 in the records of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas shall remain in full force and effect.
