AMENDMENT TO
THE BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE:PRESENTS WHEREAS, Twin City Bank is -the
owner of fifty-one percent (51%) of the lots in, Westbury Subdi-
vision, Phase I, Little Rock, Arkansas
AND WHEREAS, Twin City Bank, hereinafter called Grantor is de-
sirous of amending the Bill of Assurance of said Westbury Subdi-
vision, Phase I, filed for record as plat Document 89-58070 in
the ,records of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantors do hereby certify that they have
amended the bill of assurance for Westbury Subdivision Phase I
recorded as Document: 89-58070 in the records of the Circuit
Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas ;�s
follows:
Minimum Square Feet Area. No residence shall be constructed or
permitted to remain on any building site in this addition unless
the finished heated living area, exclusive of porches, patios,
garages, breezeways, exterior stairways, Porte cocheres, storage
areas and outbuildings; shall equal or exceed that shown in the
following schedule:

authorized to execute the foregoing instrument for and in the
name and behalf of said corporation, and further stated and ac-
knowledged that she had so signed, executed and delivered said
foregoing instrument for the consideration and purposes therein
mentioned and set forth.

PLAT AND BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS WHEREAS, Twin City Bank is the
owner of fifty-one percent (51%) of the lots in Westbury
Subdivision Phase I, Little Rock, Arkansas
AND WHEREAS, Twin City Bank, hereinafter called Grantors are
desirous of amending the final plat of said Westbury
Subdivision, Phase I, filed for record as plat C-869 in the
records of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantors do hereby certify that they have
amended the plat of same in accordance with the Plat entitled
"Amended Final Plat, Westbury Subdivision, Phase I", recorded as
Plat in the records of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas. All provisions of the
original Bill of Assurance for Westbury Subdivision, Phase I,
recorded as document 89-58070 in the records of the Circuit
Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas shall
remain in full force and effect.
