Filing of this Plat and Bill of Assurance for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, will be a valid and complete dedication of the aforesaid easements. The land embraced in said Plat shall be forever known as "Lot 1 of Riverport Replat, Little Rock Port Industrial Park to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas", and any and every Deed of Conveyance describing the property as shown on said Plat shall be deemed a sufficient description thereof. Said property herein replatted and any interest therein, shall be held, owned and conveyed subject to and in conformity with the covenants and restrictions contained in that certain Bill of Assurance filed for record by the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, as Grantor, on December 16, 1971, in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and appearing of record in Book 1175 at Page 543, as amended. As you know, this replat simply combines Tracts L, N, & 0 of Area 201 of the Little Rock Port Industrial Park. It will extinguish the utility easements and the platted building lines between said Tracts L, N, & 0. As you requested, I contacted the water, gas, electric and sewer utilities asking for comments on the replat. No adverse comments were received.
