Wewers and Elizabeth Braatelien are of the owners of The North 40 feet of Lot 59 and the South 20 feet of Lot 60, SHADOWLAWN, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski'County; Arkansas. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That Danny J. Wewers and Elizabeth Braatelien hereinafter termed grantors, has caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot 59R, being a replat of the North 40 feet of Lot 59 and the South 20 feet of Lot 60, SHADOWLAWN, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book , Page and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The grantor does hereby certify that they replatted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat. Easements are as shown on recorded plat and are for easements and/or drainage. No Building shall be constructed nearer to the front property line than allowed by the City of Little Rock. The purpose of the replat is to change the front building set back line as specified in Variance No. Z-7733. WITNESS, my hand this day of _ �e 2004. 0, Danny J.
