Little Rock Board of Directors Special Called Meeting

The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in a Special Called
Meeting with Mayor Frank Scott, Jr., presiding. Deputy City Clerk.Allison Segars called
the roll with the following Directors present: Miller; Richardson; Peck; Hines; Lewis;
Wyrick; Adcock; and Mayor Scott. Directors absent: Kumpuris and Phillips. Director
Lewis gave the invocation, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
AGENDA (Item 1)
1. MOTION: For the possible removal of members of the Metropolitan Housing Alliance
Board of Commissioners (also known as the Little Rock Housing Authority).
An official transcript of the Special Called Meeting is attached; however, for recorded
purposes, below is a list of each motion and/or vote taken.
Director Hines made the motion, seconded by Director Peck, to hold Public Speaking
after the Board voted on the item. By voice vote of the Board Members present, with
Director Richardson voting in opposition, the motion was approved.
Director Hines made the motion, seconded by Director Hines, to have the City Attorney
ask questions on behalf of the Board of Directors. By unanimous voice vote of the
Board Members present, the motion was approved.
Director Hines made the motion, seconded by Director Adcock, to not remove Kerry
Wright from the Metropolitan Housing Alliance Board of Commissioners. By voice vote
of the Board Members present and Director Richardson voted Present. When asked if
he would like to changed his vote, Director Richardson stated that he would like his vote
to be recorded as Present, the motion was approved.
Director Hines made the motion, seconded by Director Adcock, to remove Leta Anthony
from the Metropolitan Housing Alliance Board of Commissioners. By Roll Call, the vote
was as follows: Ayes: Miller; Peck; Hines; Wyrick; Adcock; and Vice-Mayor Scott.
Nays: Richardson and Lewis. Absent: Kumpuris and Phillips. By a vote of six (6)Ayes,
two (2) nays and two (2)Absent, the motion was approved.
Director Hines made the motion, seconded by Director Adcock, to remove H. Lee
Lindsey from the Metropolitan Housing Alliance Board of Commissioners. By Roll Call,
the vote was as follows: Ayes: Miller; Peck; Hines; Wyrick; Adcock; and Vice-Mayor
Scott. Nays: Richardson and Lewis. Absent: Kumpuris and Phillips. By a vote of six
(6) Ayes, two (2) nays and two (2)Absent, the motion was approved.

Director Hines made the motion, seconded by Director Richardson, to adjourn the
Special Called meeting. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the
meeting was adjourned.
