Campbell Replat No. 2. City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas". This Bill of Assurance
and the Replat have been signed by said Grantor and are recorded in the office of the Circuit
Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County. Arkansas, in PI at Hook 494 . Page Z
Grantor does herehy make this Bill 017 Assurance to govern and control the land described in the
Replat. `

HEREAFTER, the Property shall be known as and conveyances and the foregoing
description of the Property shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof, to wit:
Lot 1. NTI (Barrow Road) Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas
Lot 1. NTI (Barrow Road) Addition to the City of Little Rock. Pulaski County, Arkansas,
shall be owned. leased and conveyed by the Grantor and shall be acquired by grantees thereof,
subject to the covenants contained herein and the Replat- All prior bills of assurance and plats
70vernin` the Property are hereby declared revoked in favor of' this Bill of Assurance and the
Replat.
TERMINATION OF EXISTING With the filing of this Bill of Assurance and the Replat in the
BILLS OF ASSURANCE: office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County. Arkansas, the
existing Bills of Assurance and any plat pertaining thereto
recorded in 13001 , pagr,;2Vare terminated and deemed
to be of no further force or effect. in so far as such
instruments relate to or affect the Property.
RIGHTS OF WAY: With the filing of this Bill of Assurance and the Replat in the
office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, the
rights -of -way shown on said Replat (if any) are hereby
dedicated to the City of Little Rock. The utility easements
shown thereon are dedicated to the appropriate public
utilities. All interior lot lines between the former Lot I of
the Love Addition and former Lot 1 R of the Campbell Replat
Number Two are hereby deleted to create one combined lot
known as Lot 1, NTT (Barrow Road) Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
TERM/AMENDMENT: This Bill of Assurance shall be in full force and effect in
perpetuity subject to the following amendment and
termination rights of the owners of the Property. This Bill of
Assurance may be amended or terminated at any time from
the date hereof- by the unanimous written agreement of the
owners of Lot I, NTI (Barrow Road) Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The parties are
mindful of the decision in Rausch Collet in Homes, LLC v.
Brech, 2009 Ark. App. 225 (the "Decision") and do not wish
for the Decision to limit the ability of the parties to amend
this Bill of Assurance at any time and from time -to -time. The
parties intend that this Bill of Assurance may be amended at
any time from the date hereof throughout the term of this Bill
of Assurance and expressly intend and agree that this Bill of
Assurance may be amended prior to any expiration or
termination date set forth herein.
RESTRICTIONS Grantor and all future grantees of the property described in
this Bill of Assurance and the Replat specifically agree all
ordinances of the City of Little Rock shall be strictly adhered
to and followed and, should the Replat or this Bill of
Assurance be contrary, in any way, to the ordinances adopted
by the City of Little Rock, from time to time, such ordinances
shall have precedence.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no
nearer the street than the building line shown on the Replat,
and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the
Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.

Please find attached a cover letter with my notes to the City Planning Commission from last October. Entergy does not
object to the replat, but any adjustment of existing electrical facilities will require coordination with and potential
payment to Entergy for the work. Any street light adjustment will need to be approved by the City.

Sebrina..... AT&T does not approve replat request to abandon existing utility easement along the northern property line
of Lot 1 in the NTI Barrow Rd Addition because of existing facilities that serve this location and the strip center to the
north. The other request are approved conditionally on any cable relocation to be done will be at the full cost of the
developer. Fiber and copper cables exist along Kanis Rd. that may be in conflict. Thanx Chris

Ladies and Gentlemen:
We are in the process of platting a property to be known as NTI (Barrow Rd.) Addition, to the City of Little Rock, being a
replat of Lot 1, Love Addition and Lot 1R, Campbell Replat No. 2, to the City of Little Rock. I have attached a pdf of the
preliminary plat and a pdf of the site plan for your review and reference. As part of the platting process, we are required
to obtain approval of the plat from each utility company. A formal letter is not required. Please review and reply to this
email with any comments/questions you may have or stating your approval. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
